These include: Correctly identifying the key problem areas, recommending appropriate solutions and ensuring that the solution proposed solves the clients' pain point (e.g. improve business processes / ensure efficiency, assess & document the impact of the solution on various stakeholderSuccessfully acquire client approval of proposed solutionKey Responsibilities:Collaborate with project sponsors to determine project scope and visionConduct interviews to gather user requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methodsSupport the lead consultant with the translation of business requirements into solutions.Research, review, and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.Assist with project governance-related activities, according to the PPT governance frameworkWork closely with stakeholders to stay aligned with core business requirements and adjust the project approach as needed.Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements – verbally or through written documentation – to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and act as a core resource to support their internal teams.Package is negotiable dependant on experience.
