Our client is seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in onboarding new fintech partners, developing products, and ensuring seamless integration with banking systems.

Key Responsibilities: Support business development by enabling the onboarding of new partners, products, and business lines.
Ensure seamless integration between third parties and the internal banking value chain.
Document and maintain functional specifications and business requirements , ensuring alignment with banking standards.
Facilitate joint application design (JAD) sessions and stakeholder workshops.
Identify process efficiencies to create cost savings, improve controls, and enhance scalability.
Act as a key liaison between internal teams and external partners to drive the successful delivery of projects.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and a customer-centric approach.
Ideal Candidate: Bachelors Degree in a relevant field.
5+ years of business analysis experience within payments, card services, or data-driven financial environments.
Strong understanding of bank sponsorships, fintech integrations, and alternative payment rails .
Expertise in modelling techniques, process engineering, and stakeholder management .
Familiarity with banking products, payment systems, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable insights.
