Responsible for eliciting and validating business requirements with stakeholders and translating these into requirement packages from which application solutions are developed.
The business analyst is responsible for defining business needs for new and/or enhanced products, services, or optimized business processes.
Are you someone who can: Analyze business from all aspects to develop an in-depth understanding of the businessWork with end users and project owners to identify business, functional, and technical requirementsPerform gap analysis between current and required specificationsOversee the planning and execution of systems testingAnalyze existing business processes and facilitate improvements with stakeholdersIdentify and define business processes and system development or configuration requirements to achieve the end goalWork with project team members to define metrics, performance goals, and acceptance criteriaAssist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for various testing phasesParticipate in quality reviews of designs, prototypes, and other work productsWhat you will need: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field3+ years of experience in IT business analysis or a similar roleStrong understanding of SDLC and system integrationProficiency in requirements management tools and techniquesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologiesKnowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI)Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, IIBA endorsed) is an advantageWe can be a match if you can: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skillsWork effectively under pressureEngage stakeholders effectivelyYou will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborateChallenging workOpportunities to innovateInterested in taking the next step?
