Responsible for eliciting and validating business requirements with stakeholders and translating these into requirement packages from which application solutions are developed.
The business analyst is responsible for defining business needs for new and/or enhanced products, services, or optimized business processes.

Are you someone who can: Analyze business from all aspects to develop an in-depth understanding of the business Work with end users and project owners to identify business, functional, and technical requirements Perform gap analysis between current and required specifications Oversee the planning and execution of systems testing Analyze existing business processes and facilitate improvements with stakeholders Identify and define business processes and system development or configuration requirements to achieve the end goal Work with project team members to define metrics, performance goals, and acceptance criteria Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for various testing phases Participate in quality reviews of designs, prototypes, and other work products What you will need: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis or a similar role Strong understanding of SDLC and system integration Proficiency in requirements management tools and techniques Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative development methodologies Knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, IIBA endorsed) is an advantage We can be a match if you can: Have strong communication and interpersonal skills Work well under pressure Engage effectively with stakeholders You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate Challenging work Opportunities to innovate Interested in taking the next step?
