Responsible for eliciting and validating business requirements with stakeholders and translating them into requirement packages for application development.
The Business Analyst defines needs for new or enhanced products, services, or optimized processes.
Are you someone who can: Analyze business aspects to develop an in-depth understandingWork with end users and project owners to identify requirementsPerform gap analysis between current and required specificationsOversee systems testing planning and executionAnalyze and improve existing business processes with stakeholdersDefine business processes and system requirements to achieve end goalsWork with project teams to define metrics and acceptance criteriaTranslate requirements into test conditions for various testing phasesParticipate in reviews of designs, prototypes, and work productsWhat you will need: Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field3+ years experience in IT business analysis or similarUnderstanding of SDLC and system integrationProficiency with requirements management toolsExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsExperience with Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologiesKnowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI)Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, IIBA) is advantageousWe can be a match if you: Have strong communication and interpersonal skillsCan work under pressureEngage effectively with stakeholdersYou will have access to: Networking and collaboration opportunitiesChallenging workOpportunities to innovateInterested in taking the next step?
