Purpose of the roleThe purpose of the Business Analyst role is to optimize business efficiencies through automation, digital, information, and communications technologies.
This is achieved by systematically analyzing and defining business requirements and functional specifications.
The BA will develop and design solutions, ensuring effective implementation and continuous improvement for business and existing application solutions.
The Business Analyst will lead and manage complex projects within the payment's domain, ensuring successful integration and execution with minimal supervision.
