Matric
Intermediate computer skills
Experience in the legal services industry would be advantageous
Courier and Postal Operations:
Managing all administrative aspects of internal courier requests and delivery services
Coordinating shipments with courier services: (Scheduling pickups, booking deliveries, and preparing necessary documentation - invoices, waybills, tracking records)
Receiving, processing, managing customer requests Maintaining accurate records of shipments, inventory, and other relevant data, using courier software - Microsoft Office applications
Budget Control (Reconciling invoices, capturing expenses and reporting on spend)
Postal and Messenger services (Internal mail, docex, franking, collections and deliveries)
Archiving Administration:
Stock retrievals, accurate data capturing, management and co-ordination of collections and deliveries

In house archiving, Wills Management (all administration pertaining to Wills kept by Werksmans for safe keeping)
Multitask services & General Administration:
Print room services (photocopying, printing, laminating, binding, paginations, document scanning, machinery maintenance, stock and cost controls, monthly meter readings)
