Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do? The key purpose of this role is to assist with management and handling of the raw materials used in the brewing process to achieve minimal variability in product quality and maximum throughput whilst minimizing waste.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Overview of the Brewing process operationRaw materials planning and handlingMaintain safe and healthy work environmentExecution of 5S and ownership of ATOMonitoring process performance and qualityPlant and Process: Optimize Plant & Process Performance where appropriatePerforming housekeeping tasks, applying 5s principles and following safe work practicesUnsafe work practices must be identified and corrected.Support the creation (drafting and documenting) of standard work procedures (including quick fix routines and problems)Quality Control and Analysis: Where quality problems have arisen, apply the appropriate problem-solving techniques (e.g.
Quick fix routines) to resolveEscalate any identified or unresolved problems to BAMCommunication: Actively participate in meetings and goal reviews.Utilize the gap list to record issues, problems and improvement opportunities.Making use of relevant communication media (e.g.
shift logbook) to stay informed and inform others of issues.Complete required hand over to incoming shift team members, ensuring the issues relating to plant performance, qualityComplete autonomous maintenance tasks problem-solving activitiesProblem Solving: Respond rapidly to upstream or downstream triggers that could result in out-of-control process situationsApply problem solving techniques (e.g.
5Y, quick fix routines etc.)
