Overview / Purpose of the job:As a Brander, you will hold a vital role in the branch sales generation. With such a position, you are responsible for a variety of products and service offerings. You are expected to give a friendly prompt service to all customers. Management expects you to use your own initiative, generating adequate sales leads and committing to a prompt and professional service delivery to our clients at all times Min Requirements:MatricMicrosoft Office1 year experience in retail sales preferredComfortable operating machineryInterest in graphic design Responsibilities:Making sure the front office, workspace and branding room are neat and tidyAssisting customers with queries and orders promptlyTaking in customer briefs and preparing artwork for approvalEnsuring all deadlines and quality standards are met and customers are communicated with regularly through the processOperating and maintaining the necessary machineryHave a can-do approach and willingness to learnPhoning customers and sms on Bulk SMS system for collectionsEnsuring stock is replenished and reordered timeouslyContinually advance your product knowledge and that of other employeesUnderstanding and implementing all policies, procedures and quality standardsEnsuring regular discussions are held with the relevant staff to promote good workflows (daily if necessary) and bring any problems to management's attentionMake sure you are a role model for staff by providing excellent customer service and support to the businessCompetencies:(Knowledge, skills and attributes)Well spokenExcellent communication skillsExcellent people skillsService orientation
