Brand Partnership Manager

We are looking for a Brand Partnership Manager to enhance our reward offering and drive revenue growth through strategic brand collaborations.
This role will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and growing relationships with brand partners who provide discount codes, co-marketing opportunities, and sponsorship for events and campaigns.
Your core responsibilities will be to: Brand Partner Acquisition & Relationship Management Develop and execute a strategy to expand Strove's brand partner ecosystem.Identify and engage potential brand partners across key market segments.Conduct outreach via networking, email campaigns, and cold calling to generate new leads.Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase Strove's value proposition.Negotiate partnership agreements to secure exclusive discounts, bulk deals, and sponsorships.Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, acting as their key point of contact.Revenue Growth & Partner Engagement Structure and execute bulk deals (e.g.
wearables, sports gear) with clients through brand partners.Drive upsell opportunities including sponsored in-app challenges and co-branded campaigns.Implement and manage revenue-sharing models with relevant brand partners.Co-Marketing & Event Sponsorship Collaborate with brand partners on marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness and lead generation.Plan and execute co-branded marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and email marketing.Secure co-sponsorship for events to amplify reach and engagement.Track, analyze and report on the impact of marketing and event collaborations.Performance Tracking & Reporting Monitor brand partner performance, tracking engagement and revenue impact.Maintain accurate partner records and pipeline management in the CRM (e.g.
HubSpot).Report on key success metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.What We're Looking For Skills & Competencies Strong partnership development skills, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.Ability to develop and execute partnership strategies that align with business objectives.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Experience with outbound prospecting techniques such as email outreach and cold calling.Effective time management and prioritization skills to balance multiple responsibilities.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g.
HubSpot) for pipeline and relationship management.A self-starter who thrives both independently and as part of a team.Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.3+ years of experience in a sales, partnerships, or business development role.Experience in brand partnerships, affiliate marketing, or sponsorship sales is a plus.
