Main Purpose/Objectives of the Job: Brand Growth & Campaign Management: Grow the brand through managing effective marketing campaigns that are aligned with the brand strategy and have a sharp focus on the target consumer. Write concise brand briefs and debriefs and ensure campaigns are successfully executed against marketing objectives, within specific time frames and budgets. Events & Activations: Devise the events strategy, which aligns with the brand strategy. Plan, organise and manage events and activations that are aligned to the events strategy. Present new strategically aligned opportunities to showcase the brand and diverse product ranges, to build strong awareness and love with the target consumer. Digital Campaigns & Execution : Plan, organise and manage digital campaigns and social media content that drives strong brand awareness and equity, and coverts to online sales. Project manage paid media, SMS and email campaigns as required. Manage the website and online shop content as required. PR & Communication: Manage PR relationships and oversee influencers and media coverage. Create lists and track all related efforts to generate quality earned media and sustainable partnerships. Assist with copywriting and editing where required. Brand Reporting Tools Management: Measure performance of all marketing campaigns against KPIs and report on ROI. Monitor market trends and competitors activities. Coordinate brand reporting tools, collate results and share reports with the business on a regular basis as a brand health check. NPD Projects: Support the Head of Marketing on innovation projects and project manage smaller innovation projects and innovation gate papers. Trade Marketing Support: Support Trade Marketing Managers by overseeing final artwork before it is executed, to ensure the brand is accurately represented in the market. Budget Management: Plan budgets on projects, manage spend against brand budget, process cost estimates and tax invoices on time. Education and Experience: A completed Bachelors in Marketing or related field 4+ Years experience in marketing Experience in a FMCG environment would be advantages Microsoft -Excel, Outlook, Word Competencies required: Proven working experience (minimum four years) in Marketing. Good creative judgement and genuinely interested in brands. Strong project manager timelines / budgets / briefs / communication/meetings. Builds relationships quickly internally and externally. Up to date with latest trends and marketing best practices. Solid financial acumen and commercially curious balance creative with commercial Baseline understanding of Digital Marketing principles, strategies, platforms and ROI Experience in PR, Influencers and Events Personal Characteristics: Self-starter (initiative-taker, go getter attitude, analytical person, self-reliant, goal orientated, work across barriers) Initiative and taking ownership (Take on responsibility and accountability for tasks and actions) Resource Management (Effectively managing resources to achieve maximum productivity) Innovation and problem solver (The ability to see and create new ways of doing things and finding creative solutions to problems) Collaborative team working (The willingness to act as part of a small team yet, high performing team and work jointly towards achieving team goals and outcomes)
