Overview:As the Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective brand strategies to enhance our brands presence and drive growth in the market.You will work closely with international brand owners, and our agency to ensure brand consistency across all channels and touch points, while also monitoring market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for brand expansion.Responsibilities:Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Product Development, etc.) to ensure brand consistency and alignment in all communications and initiatives.Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for brand differentiation.Lead the development of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to support brand initiatives and drive customer engagement and loyalty.Monitor and analyse brand performance metrics, including sales data, customer feedback, and market share, to measure the effectiveness of brand strategies and identify areas for improvement.Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing, and provide recommendations for innovation and optimization.The candidate must be flexible and adaptable to assist with various functions within the marketing team.Respond to customer queriesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field;Proven experience (2-3 years) in brand management or marketing roles, preferably within the health / supplement industry.Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external agencies and partners.Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency understanding of marketing channels and KPIs.
