Responsibilities:
Creating a brand strategy, style and brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for each brand.
Coordinate complete marketing campaigns with elements such as e-newsletters, social media posts, website elements, imagery and or videography and artwork per brand.
Coordinate all communications through all channels and platforms, including in-store, online and social media.
Coordinate new product launches and seasonal promotions through all channels and platforms.
Create and manage promotional content to establish and maintain product branding, brand consistency campaigns and promotional activities.
Brief graphic designer and web developer on all campaign content to be designed and uploaded.
Analyse the success of marketing campaigns and report to the marketing manager on each campaign.
Managing the approved budget for advertising and promotional activities.
Compile, report and manage competitor and customer insights analysis.
Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales.
Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
Work in conjunction with key customers, support office, sales agents, marketing manager, sales manager and company directors to optimise all marketing activities.
In conjunction with marketing manager, organise events such as product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, product demonstrations, training sessions, customer involvement activities, photoshoots and videography for each brand.

Requirements:
Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
National Diploma or Degree in Marketing or similar.
Understanding of marketing and sales trends.
Experience with and a clear understanding of market research.
Innovative and strategic thinking skills.
Able to manage approved and set out budgets.
Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
Campaign planning and executing skills.
Analytical and reporting skills.
