Role OverviewThe Retail Branch Marketer is responsible for achieving sales targets by effectively marketing products and ensuring stock availability.
The role includes providing excellent customer service, managing stock control, and growing the branch's client base.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage stock control to ensure product availability.Place orders and monitor inventory levels.Market agricultural commodities effectively.Provide excellent customer service via walk-in, phone, and email inquiries.Perform ad-hoc duties as required.RequirementsGrade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification.Experience in the agricultural sector is advantageous.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure.Customer-focused with marketing skills.Team-oriented and adaptable.Willing to participate in ongoing training.Essential SkillsMerchandising and sales techniques.Conflict management and problem-solving.Negotiation skills.Basic computer skills (MS Office).Interpersonal and sales skills for client relationship building.This position suits a motivated individual passionate about marketing, agriculture, and customer service excellence.
