You will be responsible for increasing Branch revenue and profitability by achieving agreed business targets. You will oversee performance standards. developing team members and implementing agreed business plans.
Of course, you won’t forget your day job of listing and selling properties and maintaining a compliant business.
The role brings an excellent Basic, in line with experience, OTE of £80,000 plus, a high-end Company Car, and IT package.
