We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Payable and Receivable Administrator to manage financial operations, payroll, insurance, and compliance-related tasks.The ideal candidate will ensure the accuracy and efficiency of financial transactions while supporting operational processes across multiple departments.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Payable & Receivable: Create and maintain accurate customer and supplier accounts.
Match and process accounts receivable payments.
Verify, process, and reconcile invoices in a timely manner.Quotations & Invoicing: Generate, import, and submit quotations for new installations via relevant portals.
Prepare, import, and submit invoices for new installations on client systems or portals.Payroll Administration: Process clock reports and prepare wages accurately and on schedule.Insurance & Claims Management: Handle insurance claims, ensuring all required documentation is submitted.
Process Injury on Duty (IOD) claims in compliance with company and legal policies.Vehicle Licensing & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of company vehicle licenses and ensure timely renewals and payments.General Administration & Ad Hoc Projects: Assist with ad hoc administrative and financial projects as required.
Provide support to other departments to ensure operational efficiency.Qualifications and SkillsEducation & Experience: Diploma or certification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proven experience in accounts payable/receivable or a similar financial role.Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Pastel, QuickBooks) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Strong numerical and reconciliation skills.Soft Skills: High attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
