Van Schoor Gate , a leader in the design, production and distribution of top-quality animal equipment, gates, and fencing material, has the above-mentioned position based in Philadelphia (between Durbanville and Malmesbury, Western Cape).
This is an exciting opportunity for a energetic, proactive, client-oriented individual with excellent accounting and communication skills, and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for managing the financial function of the company in its entirety (including financial processing, payroll processing, VAT and other statuary calculations and submissions).
The incumbent will also assist the marketing team with costings, quotes, orders, etc.
Essential qualifications, skills, and experience: Matric required, a tertiary qualification in Accounting will be advantageous; Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar accounting role; Fully bilingual (Afrikaans & English); Excellent computer skills (Pastel & MS Office, specifically Excel); Own reliable transport.
Commencement date: As soon as possible.
