Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin/Bookkeeper to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks as well as bookkeeping duties to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities: - Manage and organize administrative tasks such as filing paperwork, answering phone calls, and general adhoc duties.
- Process invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner - Reconcile bank statements and maintain financial records - Preparing profit and loss reports to track company performance - Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration - Assist with general office duties and provide support to other team members as needed - Managing debtors and creditors, ensuring timely payments and collections This is a full-time position.

Qualifications: - Proven experience as an admin/bookkeeper - Proficient in Xero and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Reliable transport required as this is an on-site role in Manor Gardens.
