Bookkeeper

Job & Company Description:
An engineering and manufacturing giant seeks an eager to learn Bookkeeper to join their finance team based in Johannesburg South.

This role will include travel to Roodepoort from time to time.
Duties will include but not limited to debtors and creditors, journals, allocations, banking, invoicing processes, reconciliations, cashflow, management packs and budgets.
The incumbent will have strong time management and communications skills. Someone who doesn''t mind going the extra mile.

Education:
BCom degree in finance or accounting
Skills & Experience:
Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles OR
1 to 2 years'' experience in a bookkeeping to balance sheet or junior accountant role dealing with the full finance function
Sage experience is essential
MS Dynamics experience will be highly beneficial
Eagerness to learn and grow
Short initial ramp up period
Strong personality
Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment
Team player
Someone who are prepared to work extended hours when need be
