Your Duties Will Include: Handling procurement orders and reconciling deliveries Coordinating internal lodge logistics (stock, laundry, repairs, etc.) Assisting with lodge adminspreadsheets, reports, SOPs Supporting the lodge manager and operations teams on BOH functions Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in a BOH/lodge admin/logistics environment Comfortable using Excel, internal lodge systems, and cloud-based files Discreet, professional, and able to work independently Strong organisational skills and a willingness to problem-solve
