Responsibilities Managing the organisations BSS systems Prism Evolution Pastel 2nd level technical support for BSS operation technical
problems. Daily support and monitoring of the systems Analyse production
issues from the business and applicationcode perspective and outlines
corrective actions. Contribute in meeting various SLAs and KPIs to ensure
assigned tasks are completed on time and the delivery timelines meet the
quality targets of the organization. Minimum requirements At least 2 years of
experience working in a similar role for a telecommunication company or
OCS, Billing CRM vendor Certificate in ScienceITComputers or equivalent
Knowledge of SQL Working experience in TransactSQL Development and
testing support Performance analysis and tuning Diagnosing performance
problems Creating backups and recovery testing of the backups Knowledge
of basic Accounting principles
