Bi Developer Lead

Job brief We seek a highly motivated and experienced BI Developer Lead to join our client-growing team.
In this role, you will lead and mentor a team of BI Specialists, while also playing a hands-on role in designing, developing, and implementing innovative data solutions.
You will translate complex business requirements into actionable insights and drive data-driven organisational decision-making.
Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of BI Specialists Design, develop, and implement complex data solutions, including data warehouses, processes, and reports Analyze complex data sets and translate them into meaningful insights and visualizations Oversee all technical aspects of data systems, from development to deployment Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity Stay abreast of the latest BI technologies and trends Requirements Completed Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology 4+ years of relevant experience in a BI/Data Analytics role Strong SQL skills, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and functions Experience with data warehousing Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Proven leadership and team management experience
