Job Description

Will be required to effectively execute standard PA duties to the Managing Director and 4 other executives. Proven track record within same position is required. PA for MD and 4 executives: Running day to day diaries, board minutes, Will do basic HR functions with HR Manager too: recruitment, staff orientation. Preps for payroll.
Reporting:MD, Financial Operations Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager. HR Manager
Qualifications

Relevant Qualification will prove an advantage.
Skills

Needs to have 5 to 6 years’ experience as a PA on executive level. MS Office, SAP would be beneficial.

R20000-R23000
