This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring expert knowledge, strong relationship management, and a results-driven mindset.What You'll DoProvide expert guidance on BBBEE legislation and sector codesConduct client workshops and training on BBBEE principlesDevelop tailored BBBEE strategies aligned to business needsManage scorecards using tools like Mantis, and report on progressFacilitate verification preparation and coordinate with agenciesSupport clients with supplier, skills development, and SED initiativesEstablish and manage relationships with third-party providersContribute thought leadership through articles and media engagementDrive new business development and build client partnershipsWhat You BringMinimum 5 years' experience in BBBEE consulting or transformation strategyIn-depth knowledge of BBBEE legislation and scorecard frameworksStrong administrative, communication, and project management skillsAbility to manage clients and deliver high-quality, compliant solutionsExperience with scorecard tools (e.g., Mantis) and audit readinessA strategic, business-savvy mindset with the ability to influence outcomesWhat Success Looks LikeClients confidently navigating the BBBEE landscapeVerified scorecards aligned with strategic business goalsStrong partnerships with suppliers, service providers, and regulatorsGrowth in new client acquisitions and thought leadership presence
