Job Description
The role requires development experience in IBM BPM/BAW (Business Automation Workflow).
Responsibilities include designing and developing BPM solutions in IBM BPM/BAW and ensuring reliable, timely delivery of the code to meet customer requirements.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working directly with clients as a technical consultant, with expertise in IBM BPM/BAW.
They should be technically proficient and capable of delivering customer solutions that anticipate future needs.
The candidate will combine analytical and solution-focused skills with a service-oriented attitude.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree related to Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Experience Required:

3+ years of experience translating business and functional requirements into technical solutions and developing corresponding code.
Experience in migrating from IBM BPM to IBM BAW is a plus.
Proven ability to work effectively as both a team leader and team member in an agile environment.
Knowledge of workflow design principles.
Proactive, customer-focused, solutions-oriented, analytical skills.
Application support experience.
Familiarity with Agile development practices.
Understanding of design patterns.
