We are looking for a barman/waiter to join our team at a 5* lodge in the North West province.
Ideal candidate will have:
At least 2 years experience as a barman/waiter in a lodge environment
Fluent English
Excellent communication skills
Great presentation and personal hygiene
Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
Willingness to work long hours
Friendly personality
Willingness to work remotely

Duties and responsibilities:
Preparation and serving of hot and cold drinks as per customers orders
Keep bar and boma area clean at all times
Preparation of cooler boxes for game drives
Taking guests’ restaurant orders efficiently
Serving meals to guests
