Duties: Serving of beverages to guests in line with the brand Standards of Excellence.Carrying out assigned tasks effectively and efficiently.Ensuring that the guest and service areas of the bar area is always kept clean and tidy.Correct use and maintenance of equipment.Communication with front of house staff and management Requirements: Grade 12At least 2 years experience in a barman / barista positionExperience in a high-end property / restaurantKnowledgeable of food preparation and terminology of foodGood English reading, writing and speaking abilityExcellent bar service skillsKnowledge of wines, cocktails and all other beveragesStock control proceduresExcellent presentation and people skillsThe ability to work as an individual and as a teamThe ability to communicate with guests of all races and languagesAn understanding of the etiquette involved in hosting guests of different cultures
