Barman/Butler - Luxury Property -

What will you need?

- 3 Years Diploma Hotel school or certification from a renowned butler school
- Minimum 3 years’ experience at a similar level at a 5 star or full-service hotel
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in F&B Service: high standard Restaurant or Room Service 5-star Hotel.
- Team player with immaculate communication
- Ability to follow instructions from senior members of the team
- Confident to serve food and beverage to VVIP guest and entourage.
- Able to think and act quickly to fast-changing needs of guests.
- Ability to “read” client needs and adapt accordingly.
- Knowledge of international cuisine
- Motivated and positive attitude
- Good command of English (Spoken & Written)

What will you do?

- Fully aware of the Room Service and menu, and confidently answers questions on menu selections
- Service of food and beverages: arrange table setting, service of welcome drinks as required
- Performs all owner duties with the sense of priority and dedication, serving in a calm, discrete and courteous manner, respecting timing standards.
- Ensure a clean dining area, reception rooms, maintaining cleanliness of work.
- Help monitoring the stock of all items in the residence
