Role PurposeTo assist in proactively managing a portfolio of FNB Private Wealth Clients with a team of Private Bankers through analysis, research, sales, and service fulfillment, aiming to identify additional opportunities for banking new clients and growing existing client portfolios through effective stakeholder management.
ResponsibilitiesAct responsibly with work-related resources to contribute to cost containment.Achieve financial targets and uphold service levels.Deliver high-quality advice that exceeds customer expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.Contribute to a culture of service excellence, building positive relationships and encouraging feedback.Provide sound services and recommendations based on customer needs, current information, and trends.Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships to achieve operational objectives.Grow the customer base by managing existing clients, generating new leads, and expanding active accounts.Identify opportunities to attract creditworthy and profitable customers.Ensure efficient administration through careful planning, reporting, and updating relevant information.Comply with statutory, legislative, policy, and governance requirements.Compile reports to track progress and inform business decisions.Manage the leads pipeline effectively.Support sales through client portfolio analysis and proactive engagement.Find faster and more accurate ways of working to contribute to innovation.Assist in profit growth through sales and new client acquisition.Market all financial services solutions within the relevant business offering.Continuously assess and improve personal performance, seeking feedback and training as needed.Develop collaborative relationships within FNB and across the FRG.Qualifications and ExperienceRelevant Degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting.Preferred Qualification: FAIS accreditation (RE).2-3 years' experience in a sales/service role within a financial environment.Application DetailsInterested candidates are encouraged to apply before the closing date: June 12, 2025.
