Job DescriptionThe role involves delivering quality service and managing service gaps identified by clients as they engage through the bank's various touchpoints.
The focus is on deepening bank-client relationships, primarily through lending and transactional product entrenchment, and increasing uptake of the bank's rewards programme.
The role is mainly driven by campaign execution and reactive responses to client demands.

3-4 years experience
