We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Client Relations Manager to lead and manage our sales team to meet company revenue targets.
The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing the sales pipeline, recruiting and training sales representatives, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sales team Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals Recruit, train, and motivate sales representatives Build and maintain client relationships to ensure satisfaction Oversee client proposals, meetings, and project management Develop new business opportunities and retain existing clients Training & Development: Keep up to date with the legislative requirements on the B-BBEE Act, Skills Development Act, The Income Tax Act, and any other act as required for the completion of this role.
Continuously train and develop all the sales team and associates of the company.
Host a Skills Development Workshop Annually.
Job Specific Requirements: Able to multi-task, prioritise and manage time efficiently Computer literacy, with emphasis on Excel skills Strong negotiation skills, with ability to follow through on client contracts Knowledge and understanding of the B-BBEE Act, The Skills Development & Skills Development Levies Act, The Income Tax Act, The Employment Equity Act, The New Minimum Wage Act, The Codes of Good Practice on People with Disabilities.
Qualifications: National Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Client Relationship Management, Communications, or related field.
BCom Degree in Sales & Marketing or Finance will be beneficial MDP B-BBEE will be advantageous Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in senior sales role and at least 3 years experience in the B-BBEE industry.

Verantwoordelikhede: Lei en bestuur die verkoopsspan Ontwikkel en implementeer verkoopsstrategieë om inkomstedoelwitte te bereik Werf, opleiding en motiveer verkoopsverteenwoordigers Bou en handhaaf kliëntverhoudings om te verseker dat daar tevrede kliënte is Sien na aan kliëntvoorstelle, vergaderings en projekbestuur Ontwikkel nuwe besigheidsgeleenthede en behou bestaande kliënte Opleiding en Ontwikkeling: Bly op hoogte van die wetlike vereistes volgens die B-BBEE Wet, die Vaardigheidsontwikkelingswet, die Inkomstebelastingwet, en enige ander wet wat vereis word vir die voltooiing van hierdie rol.
Voortdurend die hele verkoopsspan en medewerkers van die maatskappy oplei en ontwikkel.

Pos-spesifieke Vereistes: In staat wees om multi-tasking te doen, prioriteite te stel en tyd doeltreffend te bestuur.
Rekenaargeletterdheid, met klem op Excel vaardighede.
Sterke onderhandelingsvaardighede, met die vermoë om kliëntkontrakte na te kom.
Kennis en begrip van die B-BBEE Wet, die Vaardigheidsontwikkelings- en Vaardigheidsontwikkelingsheffingswet, die Inkomstebelastingwet, die Gelykheid in Werk Wet, die Nuwe Minimum Loon Wet, en die Kodes van Goeie Praktyk vir Mense met Gestremdhede.
Kwalifikasies: Nasionale Diplomawerk in Verkope & Bemarking, Besigheidsadministrasie, Kliënteverhoudingsbestuur, Kommunikasie, of verwante veld.
BCom-graad in Verkope & Bemarking of Finansies sal voordelig wees.
MDP B-BBEE sal 'n voordeel wees.
Ervaring: Minimum 2-3 jaar in 'n senior verkoopsrol en ten minste 3 jaar ervaring in die B-BBEE-bedryf.
Beproefde rekord van verkoopsuksesse.
Beproefde rekord van die bereiking van teikens en die generering van nuwe besigheid. )
