Our marketing leadership has deep experience in data science, product, strategy, and other marketing fields, fostering an environment that thrives on data, creativity, and technology.The team also promotes a great learning environment, allowing you to learn and grow by working closely with global experts.Role ResponsibilitiesSpearhead development, execution, and optimization strategies for emerging marketing channels.Analyze large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating data into actionable insights.Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and evaluate campaign effectiveness to inform data-driven decisions.Collaborate with various business units to identify opportunities and interpret trends using tools like SQL or Tableau.Communicate findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly to stakeholders, including senior management.Qualifications5+ years experience in data analysis or related projects involving big data, preferably in tech, e-commerce, or digital marketing.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or Finance is a plus.Proficiency in BI tools and data warehousing, such as SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of tackling complex challenges innovatively.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create impactful presentations.Stakeholder management skills, including influencing and persuading at various organizational levels.Preferred but not required: Experience in digital or social media marketing, hypothesis testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and using Python or R for data analysis.Additional InformationWe value diversity and are committed to an inclusive workplace, providing equal opportunity regardless of gender, age, race, or other protected characteristics.We do not accept third-party resumes; please submit directly through our official channels.
