Assistant Restaurant Manager - Kfc Greendields

A vacancy exists in the Operations Department for an Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM).
Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the successful incumbent will be part of a development programme aimed at preparing them for future ARM positions within the business.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAssist the RGM in achieving CHAMPS Standards within the restaurant by ensuring all employees focus on exceeding customer expectations for Cleanliness, Hospitality, Accuracy, Maintenance, Product, and Speed of Service.Learn to manage shifts in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, including directing employee activities to maximize sales, operating efficiency, and profitability.Understand how to allocate responsibilities to each employee on shift and monitor their performance.Ensure all employees follow correct maintenance procedures as per the established maintenance roster, and inform the RGM of any repairs or maintenance needed.Learn about forecasting and scheduling labour by shift, creating deployment plans to control labour costs, and meet business needs using tools like Macromatix.Support the RGM in implementing controls and procedures to ensure the safety and security of employees, customers, property, and company resources.Report to the RGM any employee relations, customer service, or health inspection issues that could impact restaurant operations.Assist in implementing staff training programmes to maximize performance and support career development.Support and demonstrate our 'How We Win Together' principles by acting as a role model and providing leadership with Heart, Smart, and Courage.
