Synopsis
We are seeking an Assistant Recruiter to join our growing organisation. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring our company is hiring the best possible talent and achieving staffing objectives.Description
In addition, the incumbent will provide efficient administrative support as well as provide professional and quality research and identification of quality candidates in support of the Lead Recruiter as well as the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide effective and efficient administrative support
Maintain the teams’ filing system
Book weekly candidate interviews on behalf of the Lead Recruiter
Send interview confirmations and application forms to candidates on behalf of the Lead Recruiter
Identify quality candidates for allocated job specs or for pipeline purposes
Provide professional and quality research and recruitment support
Ensure that the team's respective telephone calls and emails are dealt with
Compile and distribute administration meeting minutes as and when required to do so
Ensure that all of the relevant and up to date documents have been received from the candidate
Capture candidate’s data onto the in-house ATS database and ensure that CVs are accurate
Upload candidates supporting documents onto the in-house ATS database
Write and publish job advertisements on the relevant portals for the Lead Recruiter
Manage advert response handling and ensure regrets are sent to the relevant candidates
Request the required checks as per client SLA’s and within the required timeline
Assist with reference checks of the candidates

Educational & Experience Requirements
Matric
Relevant Degree/Diploma
1-2 years working experience in an administrative environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
