The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Management of Breeders on a large poultry production farm;Managing staff on the farm;Maintaining the Company's assets and constantly striving to improve results.The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: Diploma in Agriculture;It is essential that the candidate have extensive experience in broiler breeders;The ability to work under pressure;Be proficient in Eng/Afr/Zulu languages;Must have a valid driver's license;Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills;Must have high standards towards housekeeping and attention to detail;Computer knowledge will be an added advantage;Management experience would be a plus;The successful applicant must be self-motivated and have excellent people skills.Must be able to work weekends and public holidays when required.
