Assistant Head Guide

The individual will be driving for 14 days during the 21-day cycle and will cover Head Guide duties for the remaining 7 days.
Depending on occupancy levels, they may also be required to drive during those 7 days.Candidate Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Guide at a 5* establishment, and/or leadership roles within the guiding industryFGASA NQF4, and Full TrailsAll Guiding documentation (First Aid, FGASA, DEAT, PDP, ARH etc) must be fully up to date and validPossession of a valid drivers license & PDP is essentialMust be computer literateMust be mature, confident, stable, and an analytical thinkerMust be a natural leaderStrong decision-making abilities under pressurePassion for the outdoors and client satisfactionCommitment to safety and environmental sustainabilityMust be well-presented and well-spokenMust reference incredibly wellPackage:This is a live-in position, meals and uniform included.
