Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed reports on pricing, margin analysis, sales performance, and other ad-hoc financial insights. Provide management and the sales team with timely, accurate data on financial performance at product level. Maintain and update weekly profitability and selling & distribution (S&D) reports. Assist in the uploading and management of pricing data for budgeting and forecasting. Work closely with the pricing department to ensure accurate pricing and promotional data in Syspro. Compile and maintain annual price lists in line with approved increases and relevant input costs. Support the completion of commercial inputs for new and existing product developments. Assist with national sales activity calculations, pricing proposals, new business tenders, and profitability analysis. Contribute to selling and distribution cost analysis and budgeting. Support the completion and review of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and weekly estimates. Minimum Requirements: BCom in Management Accounting or relevant financial degree. Strong proficiency in Excel (advanced level required). Analytical mindset with strong critical thinking abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with Syspro, Cognos, and TM1 would be advantageous.
