Your goal is to progress to the next level of brand management, leaving a legacy that positively impacts the brand and segment you are responsible for.ResponsibilitiesWHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:Work with Brand Managers to develop a consumer and shopper insights-driven brand strategy.Support Brand Managers in executing the brand strategy.Partner with the Consumer Insights team to inform brand positioning, product innovation, distribution, tracking, and communication.Develop and execute brand plans for your brands.Plan and manage the execution of consumer-facing brand promotion activities aligned with brand plans.Provide accurate and insightful input into PS&OP forecasting against the brand budget.Participate actively in budget management by creating POs, managing the brand budget tracker, and handling monthly budget recons.Set up your team for success by organizing meetings, booking rooms, and managing general category administration.Manage daily interactions with approved agencies to ensure the execution of key deliverables in line with brand plans.What You Will Be Measured OnBudget ManagementProject/marketing ROIBrand HealthMarket ShareCategory financial performanceInnovation targetsForecast accuracy and biasQualificationsESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:Curiosity – driven and eager to learnConsumer insights focus – passion for developing insights-driven brand strategies and plansCommercial acumen – ability to develop actionable commercial plans with ROI measurementsProject management skills – capable of managing detailed delivery of innovations via cross-functional teamsUnderstanding of route to market to deliver through-the-line projectsExperience1+ years of FMCG marketing, shopper, or customer experienceBachelor's degree (e.g., BBusSc / BCom) preferredProven ability to manage key projects from start to finishSuccessful experience working in diverse, cross-functional teamsAbout UsTiger Brands is Africa's largest listed FMCG manufacturer.
