KEY RESPONSIBILITESSupervise the work operations of the Barboy and Waiting personnel in the assigned bar areaSatisfy the needs of every Guest in a professional manner by providing courteous, quick and professional service at all timesKnow all recipes from specified in the Beverage MenusMaintain all par (start-up stock) levels in the assigned barAssist the Bar Tender to maintain a clean, sanitized bar that is stocked at all timesApply all bar-related sanitation rules and requirementsQUALIFICATIONS High School graduateA clear and demonstrated understanding and practical knowledge of bar systems, operations and bar beveragesA demonstrated knowledge of Food and beverage SafetyBasic knowledge of electronic Fidelio systemsYou must be fit to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 KgProven successful experience for at least 1 year in major hotels operating under International Food Safety standardsVISA & OTHER REQUIREMENTS (if any) Valid passport (at least with 6 months validity before joining)STCW95/2010 certification (basic firefighting, personal survival techniques, elementary first aid, personal security and social responsibility, security awareness, passenger ship familiarization) its compulsory before joining the vesselGood Health declaration (released by a recognized doctor) its mandatory before joining the vessel.
