Purpose of Job To be responsible for monitoring and closing statutory compliance inspections and actions across the portfolio, providing high-quality Asset Management services to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires excellent time management and administrative skills to manage your workload effectively. Duties Monitor statutory compliance inspections for the portfolio, managing assigned managing agents. Collaborate with Procurement, Asset Managers, Property Managers, and the wider business to ensure high standards of data input and management, prioritizing effectively. Upload and monitor data in our risk management portal, working closely with relevant teams. Manage incoming inspection documents, ensuring proper naming conventions are followed. Upload documents and remedial actions to the portal. Coordinate with agents to close actions and inspections via meetings, emails, and calls. Participate in regular review meetings with agents regarding actions and inspections. Maintain and update internal databases accurately, including relevant documentation. Deliver status reports to the Compliance Manager and team as required. Handle all customer information confidentially and in line with GDPR. Perform other duties as reasonably requested by the Compliance Manager. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Experience working in a busy, demanding environment interfacing with multiple departments. Ability to analyze basic data and generate reports. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database applications. Strong record-keeping and administrative skills. Good knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. Excellent IT skills, awareness of social media, and familiarity with new technology. Resilience under pressure, with effective prioritization and time management skills. Desirable At least one year's experience in a compliance role. Understanding of the Property Management sector and legal documentation. Personal Qualities & Skills Strong organizational skills. Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines. Enthusiastic team player. Consistently produces high-quality work. Excellent interpersonal skills.
