Artisan Technical Training Facilitator (Operations / Technical) – Richardsbay – Rneg + Company housing.Trade Tested Millwright5 Years Experience as ForemanMinimum of 5 years' experience as a technical trainer (Operations / Technical)Registered SDF (Skills Development Facilitator)Knowledge of EE, SDL SD acts and SAQADutiesAbility to develop, implement and maintain systems.Ability to develop, implement and maintain Skills Gap analysis.Ability to develop, implement and maintain training budget and training materials / manuals / programs.Planning and scheduling of external and internal training in line with Client's training requirements.Evaluating the quality of the training materials / manuals / programs for Company learnership.Developing of materials / programs / manuals.Implementation of materials / programs / manuals.Maintaining training materials / programs / manuals.Facilitating and / or coordinating operational and technical training for Client.Managing operations and technical trainees.Proactively conduct skills gap analysis / audit.Compile annual training budget.Proactively conduct post training on the job evaluation to establish training effectiveness.Capture all planned / scheduled training on the HR systems.Develop and maintain OREPs (Occupational Risk Exposure Profiles).Develop and maintain SWOPs (Standard Work Operating Procedures).Provide monthly training reports.
