A Virtual Receptionist companyA Headhunting/Recruitment agency

I'm hiring a high-energy, personable Appointment Setter to follow up with pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in our services.
These are not cold calls.
Your job is to build rapport, explain the service clearly, and set appointments for me.

What You'll Do:Call interested leads from our CRMBuild quick rapport and set appointmentFollow a clear, simple process — and do it consistently

What We're Looking For:Excellent spoken English with a neutral or light accent
(U.S.-based leads must be able to understand you easily)Strong phone presence – friendly, confident, and professionalSomeone who's hungry, motivated, and thrives on results

Technology Requirements:Internet speed: Minimum 40 MbpsComputer: Intel i3 or better, with at least 8 GB RAMBackup internet and power source required

Work Schedule:5 days per week9 hours per day (includes 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks)8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
