What will you do? Deploy code to TEST and LIVE Task Management Environments Manage Live Deployment process Monitor and provide support to all operational procedures for current production applications Monitor work progress against established scheduled tasks and take appropriate corrective action System Access – all aspects of permissions Monthly Commission Runs Weekly Commission Runs Month End Runs on various environments After hours standby procedures as per roster Maintaining Process Documentation Daily system checks Daily backups of all LIVE environments System Application restores of LIVE environments to TEST Assisting on JIRA (ticketing system) - Confluence, Service Desks etc Participate in Disaster Recovery Exercise bi-annually Maintain Business Impact Analysis document for Business Solutions Managing and testing of patches being done in our environment What will make you successful in this role? Matriculation A Certification (General Computer Skills) ITIL Foundation (advantageous) Knowledge of XML technology (advantageous) Batch processing experience Application Access control experience General IT Supoort experience Qualification and Experience Degree or Diploma and required Certification with 2 years related experience.
