Key Outputs • Commercial engagements between BWE & CMMS Supplier • Account management (Creditors) as well as other platforms (i.e.
CatSim) • Custom development management (scope of work controls) • System / Version upgrade management (QAS, DEV, PRD, UAT) • Project management during upgrades, enhancements, integration to ERP • End user training - define, coordinate, facilitate • Licences management (users, software) • Central support centre for all system users • Ensure system stability (Interfaces on BWE side) • Liaison between BWE SAP and CMMS Supplier (Interfaces, SLA's) • Liaison between BWE Jenga Team and CMMS Supplier (Project mode, Interfaces, SLA's) • Liaison between BWE IT and CMMS Supplier (servers, SQL, SLA's) • Liaison between BWE Technology and CMMS Supplier (ACM; Alerts) • Liaison between end users and LoB supporting teams • Ensuring alignment between processes and systems • Governance (internal & external audits) • Future developments for other business units (i.e.
CVA) • Review of ERP & AMT (reconciliation to ensure data integrity, interface stability) Qualification, Experience and Competencies • NQF level 6- relevant IT qualification • B.Com or B.
Engineering or • Relevant B.
Tech diploma • Basic numeracy skills, • Good analytical skills • Accuracy • Good Time management • Sound communication skills • Attention to detail • Management experience • Efficient computer literacy skills (MS Office & SAP) • Financial / Admin / Costing background • Analytical ability to solve problems • Experience using AMT or similar CMMS tools • Knowledge and use of ERP systems such as SAP • 5 Years
