Requirements: Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Avionics, or a related field.
AME qualification is advantageous Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or Instructor, preferably within the aviation industry or a similar field.
5 10 years experience Experience in ERP systems and logistics software Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, CAA part 145) Expertise in aircraft electrical and avionics systems, components, and maintenance practices.
Strong instructional and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences.
Experience in developing curriculum and training materials is preferred.
Proficiency in assessment and evaluation techniques to gauge trainee learning outcomes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, adaptability, and a passion for teaching and mentorship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of UAV Systems, components and logistics challenges specific to the industry.
