DESCRIPTIONOur client is looking for a someone to lead the development and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, with a particular focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
You'll be instrumental in leading the conception, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions, driving transformative change within a dynamic environment.
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic foresight with practical execution, capable of balancing ambitious exploration with pragmatic, scalable solutions. Lead the research, prototyping, and implementation of AI initiatives, focusing on LLMs and related innovations.
Design and architect scalable AI-powered systems that are practical, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams to identify high-impact opportunities for AI integration.
Drive a culture of experimentation, developing prototypes to test and validate new ideas quickly.
Champion emerging technologies across the organization, fostering a culture of innovation.
Mentor technical teams and establish best practices in AI system development and architecture.
Stay on top of developments in the AI space, especially in LLMs, to inform future strategy and roadmap decisions. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLEStrong experience leading end-to-end AI projects, particularly with LLMs such as GPT, Claude, or LLaMA.Solid background in software architecture and full-stack development.Hands-on experience with ML frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.Deep understanding of the full AI/ML pipeline from data ingestion through to deployment and monitoring.Proven track record in building and scaling AI-powered applications.Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership skills.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD advantageous)
