We are looking to add a confident mid-level agency recruiter to our Cape Town branch. This is a hybrid role and requires a base in the greater Cape Town area. What we need: A degree-level qualification (essential) At least two to three years of 360-degree recruitment experience in an agency setting Solid sourcing ability (job boards, x-ray searches etc.) Good interview technique- willing to ask hard questions while providing an excellent candidate experience Self-motivation and the genuine desire to exceed given targets Excellent written and spoken English language ability A professional approach, comfortable dealing with people at all levels Confidence and passion with a high level of personal integrity and ethics Solid administrative skills.
