Administrator (Talent Acquisition) page is loadedAdministrator (Talent Acquisition)Apply locations Gauteng, Johannesburg | Time type: Full time | Posted on: Posted 2 Days Ago | Time left to apply: End Date: May 12, 2025 (3 days left to apply) | Job requisition ID: JR102315Join TIH, home to some of South Africa's leading financial service providers, and grow your career while being part of an organisation with purpose.Job PurposeProvide administrative, analysis, and project support to relevant distribution channels while effectively building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesAssist in setting up and maintaining administrative processes.Manage the channels' complaints processes effectively.Process invoices and pay weekly Broker commissions.Collate and analyze information for management and financial reporting.Develop and maintain technical skills through participation in assessment, development planning activities, and training.Understand and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, regulatory codes, and codes of conduct.Vet all new broker applications for compliance and contractual regulations.Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and partners.Ensure effective service delivery within specified SLAs.Oversee policy retention and collaborate with the Retention Team.Support ad hoc projects within the channel (marketing, events, etc.
).Manage client activities and support team members.Organize own work schedule efficiently.Supervise junior administrators and assign tasks as needed.Populate standard contracts, letters, and communications to external partners and clients.Maintain a centralized archive of distribution data, applications, and documentation.Manage new applications, marketing materials, and printing ratios.Populate weekly dashboards for the channel.Scan and file broker contracts.Assist with preparing presentations.Vet all new private facilities and facilitate related processes.Manage new business processes, ensuring risk mitigation.Handle client calls regarding distressed policies.Build and monitor risk management processes for brokers.Assist in broker debt management.EducationDiploma or Degree in the Company Secretarial field (Advantageous, but not mandatory)SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential)School Grade 12 (Required)ExperienceAt least 2 years' experience in an administrative role with company secretarial duties (Essential)At least 2 years' experience in recruitment, with exposure to the full recruitment cycle (Essential)Experience in general administration services and data collation (Essential)Think you have what it takes to be part of an unstoppable team who constantly finds better ways to give peace of mind?
