To render effective and timeous administrative support, in terms of practices, procedures and governance, to the SHE: Occupational Safety team (Satellite Operations - Pipelines) i.e. it's leaders, employees and customers.
Skills and Experience:Grade 12 with minimum 5 years relevant administration experience
Relevant 2 year Certificate plus 3 yearsâ?? administration experience
Relevant Safety Diploma plus 1 year administration experience
Knowledge of Ms Excel and SAP System
Key Accountabilities:Meet all business safety and risk requirements and behave in a manner that ensures a safe, risk free work environment
Maintain high performance and seek opportunities for personal growth
Proactively assist all members of the Occupational Safety team as and when required
Support behaviour based safety programmes and interventions to address
Critical SHE behaviours at an operational level."
