What you'll be doing

As one of our Receptionist Administrators, you will be working in a small team in one of our private clinics. You will be welcoming our patients and visitors into the clinic and ensure they receive excellence of service. You will be checking them in for their appointments and helping with their enquiries.

What’s a typical day?

- Welcoming all patients and visitors to the clinic Talking phone calls, dealing with customer enquiries, responding to emails and providing support to patients and the team.
- Administrative duties, such as scanning medical records into the system, checking medical files and ensuring we have all the required documents completed for our patients.
- Keeping the clinic clean and tidy and presentable at all times

Who we’re looking for?

- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- A customer service champion
- MS Office skills
- A high level of organisation and time management skills
